Our multidisciplinary team—comprising nuclear-grade sealing engineers, valve specialists, materials scientists, and electromechanical engineers—blends academic insight with industrial expertise to deliver high-integrity valve solutions. In collaboration with prestigious institutions such as Lanzhou University of Technology’s National Key Friction Laboratory, Ningbo Institute of Materials, East China University of Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, we have conducted extensive research on low-leakage graphite sealing technologies, systematically addressing the root causes of sealing failure.
Supported by rigorous testing and authoritative third-party validation, Magpie Valve holds multiple internationally recognized certifications, including API 622, API 624, API 641, ISO 15848-1, TA-LUFT, and ISO 15848-1 CC3. We have tested nearly 500 valve products—from gate and globe valves to ball valves—under extreme temperatures ranging from 400°C to -196°C and pressures up to Class 2500 LB. Through these efforts, we not only ensure compliance with global standards but also set new benchmarks for reliability, safety, and innovation in the valve manufacturing sector.
