Talya Elitzer’s ascent from the mailroom of William Morris Endeavor to co-founding the artist development powerhouse Godmode is nothing short of inspiring. Fresh out of Brandeis University, she started her career delivering mail at WME a humble beginning that opened doors to becoming a booking agent for icons like M.I.A., Britney Spears, Björk, and LCD Soundsystem. Elitzer’s innovative approach is exemplified by the breakout success of Channel Tres: instead of pushing early efforts in the U.S., they strategically targeted Australia and France, allowing momentum to build organically before entering the domestic scene.
