Anagha Yoga School is one of the oldest yoga schools in Rishikesh. We offer Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training and Yoga Retreats. Our 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour yoga teacher training opportunities promise deep, transformative experiences. We also offer special short-term programs like Prenatal Yoga Training (85 hours), Yin Yoga Teacher Training (50 hours), and Sound Healing Teacher Training.

Our school is founded upon the ancient Indian "Gurukul" system, a tradition where students ('shishyas') live and study together with their gurus. The word "Gurukul" comes from Sanskrit, where "guru" means teacher and "kula" means home. This system fosters an intensive, personal relationship between teacher and pupil, ensuring every student receives individual guidance and mentoring.
