Agreement: Once both parties agree on the terms, a contractual agreement is written mentioning the guaranteed rent amount and duration.
Upfront Payment: After signing the agreement documents, landlords receive their first rental payment within 48 hours.
Management: Wentworth takes care of all aspects of property management, making sure that landlords enjoy their regular rent income without any hassle about finding new tenants or the maintenance of property.
